Christmas is almost here, right? Well not quite. But in terms of preparing for Christmas - the season has well and truly arrived.
First on my agenda is Piccalilli. Creating it now means that it will still taste beautiful for all those Christmas suppers.
Some time this week I will be searching for the perfect recipe and putting the pickles to the test!
